Modern Psychologists

Here is a brief history of Modern Psychology with links to our longer articles on the major figures of Modern Psychology. We will add to this page as compose more articles. 

The story of modern psychology begins in the 1850s when Wilhelm Wundt offered the first the first university course in scientific psychology. Many of Wundt’s students became influential psychologists in their own right, though only Stanley Hall, the father of child psychology, would join him on the 100 most eminent psychologists of the 20th century list, from which we draw our inspiration for these articles.
